Process flow
Korean iron ore crushing and processing production line, Iron ore is an important raw material for iron and steel production enterprises. After iron ore is crushed, iron fine powder is extracted and supplied to Shougang, Chenggang and other units. The main crushing process is as follows:
1. Crushing: Iron ore is evenly transported to PE jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for one-stage crushing, and then the coarse-grained stone after one-stage crushing is sent to PC hammer crusher for second-stage crushing through belt conveyor .
2. Screening: The stone crushed in the second stage is classified and screened by the circular vibrating screen, the unqualified stone is returned to the PC hammer crusher through the belt conveyor for re-crushing, and the screened finished stone that meets the standard is sent to the belt conveyor. to the finished product area.
