ZSW Vibrating Feeder​

The ZSW Vibrating Feeder operates when the motor drives the ​eccentric block of the exciter​ via a belt, generating high-speed rotation. The resulting ​centrifugal force​ induces a ​circular motion of the trough​ with a specific amplitude. Materials on the inclined trough surface receive an impulse from the trough’s vibration, producing a continuous ​parabolic jumping motion. Smaller particles pass through the sieve holes (if applicable) during this motion, achieving ​grading or uniform feeding.
