The installation, adjustment and operation host of the spiral sand washer are assembled by the manufacturer, and supplied as a set after passing the empty car test. The user should check carefully after receiving the goods. In order to find and eliminate the problems that may be caused during transportation in time, attention should be paid to the installation, adjustment and operation of the spiral sand washer:
- 1. Due to the large torque of the machine, it is recommended to install the machine on a concrete foundation, and there are embedded weldments on the foundation for welding during installation. The depth and area of the foundation are calculated separately according to the soil conditions. 3 times, please refer to the basic drawing for the installation size of the machine.
- 2. After the installation is in place, check whether the large and small gears of the reducer are displaced, and whether the gap between the water tank and the large wheel bucket is consistent. After adjustment, the machine is fixed and welded on the foundation.
- 3. Lubricating oil should be added to adjust the height of the oil level, generally 50% below the center of the shaft.
- 4. After the spiral sand washer has been installed and adjusted properly, carry out a test run. The no-load test run should reach: ①Continuous operation for 2 hours; ②All solid parts should be firm without loosening; ③No abnormal noises in the reducer and gearbox.
- 5. In addition to the no-load test requirements, the load test should also meet the following requirements: (1) When feeding, the material should not strongly impact the water tank, and it is not allowed to eccentrically load and fill the water tank, so as to avoid damage to the wheel bucket and the body; The maximum material size meets the design requirements.
