Background of the project

Quartz sand production line process
The blasted quartz stone raw material is evenly transported by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then brought into the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further secondary and fine crushing;
Next, after two stages of crushing, the crushed quartz stone should be reasonably screened and processed by a vibrating screen, and aggregates of different specifications can be screened out, and then sent to the regulating silo;
Then it is sent to the Sand Making Machine in an orderly manner by the belt conveyor for finely crushed sand making, and high-quality aggregates of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 10-30mm and other specifications can be obtained.
