- Molybdenum ore crushing
The large molybdenum ore mined by blasting enters the vibrating feeder through the silo and is evenly sent to the jaw crusher for crushing (primary crushing); then the secondary crushing process is performed by the cone crusher (secondary crushing)
- Molybdenum ore grinding
The molybdenum ore particles after the secondary crushing treatment are sent to the Ball Mill for wet grinding in a quantitative manner, and the obtained molybdenum ore pulp is sent to the spiral classifier for classification, and the pulp that does not meet the requirements is returned to the ball mill for re-grinding
- Molybdenum ore flotation
After grinding and grading, the slurry that meets the requirements is sent into the mixing tank, and suitable chemicals are added. After stirring evenly, it is transported to the flotation machine for mixed flotation, and higher-grade molybdenum concentrate slurry can be obtained.
- Concentrate drying
The molybdenum concentrate slurry after flotation treatment first enters the concentrator for high-efficiency concentration and precipitation, and then is thoroughly dried by the dryer to obtain the finished copper concentrate powder
