Production line process
"Crushing→milling→classification→powder collection", the smooth technological process makes on-site operations simpler and more efficient. The specific processing technology is as follows:
1. Crushing: large pieces of talc are initially crushed by jaw crushers to 15mm-50mm.
2. Grinding: The crushed talc is uniformly transported from bottom to top by the bucket elevator to the silo, and is quantitatively sent to the Raymond Mill by the electromagnetic feeder for grinding and processing. It can be adjusted freely at this stage. Finished powder fineness.
3. Classification: The powder after grinding is screened by the powder classifier, and the powder with unqualified fineness is sent back to the main machine for re-grinding.
4. Powder collection: After screening, the qualified finished talc powder will be separated and collected in the dust collector along with the pipeline device, and packed in a powder tanker or sent to the finished product silo.
